On April 8, 2025, at 2 pm, the W. B. Yeats Chair of Irish Studies will have the privilege of hosting the event “How Fiction Works: A Creative Writing Guide”, a creative writing workshop led by young Irish writer Patrick Holloway, author of numerous short stories and his debut novel The Language of Remembering, published in 2023.
Holloway is a young and talented Irish writer raised in Cork, Ireland, holding a Master’s in Creative Writing from the University of Glasgow and a PhD in Creative Writing from PUC Porto Alegre.
