The W.B. Yeats Chair of Irish Studies joins the international community in celebrating the 150 years of The Southern Cross.
On January 16, 2025, the Hiberno-Argentine newspaper The Southern Cross has celebrated 150 years of history. In activity since 1875, The Southern Cross is currently the oldest active Irish publication away from Ireland.
