Poetry at Noon is an Irish poetry reading online event with Susan Hoy. It takes place on the last Tuesday of every month, lasting about 30 minutes.
Born in Ballina, Co Mayo, Susan Hoy studied Discourse & Theater at the London School of Music e also English Literature at the National University of Ireland.
In Ireland, February 1st marks the beginning of spring and the celebration of Lá Fhéile Bríde, or St. Brigid's Day, symbolizing hope, renewal, and the feminine. In this special edition of Poetry at Noon, on January 28, 2025, Susan Hoy will read poems in honor of this important celebration in Ireland.
